Raw Material Inspection
We meticulously inspect raw materials for parameters like SCI, MIC, Maturity Index, Trash Content, UHML, UI, SF, and more, using Uster HVI technology. This stringent inspection ensures that only the finest raw cotton is used in our production.
In-Process Monitoring
Throughout the production process, we continuously monitor crucial parameters such as U%, CVm%, Thick Place, Thin Place, Neps, Count, CSP, and IPI. These tests are conducted to create yarn of the utmost quality, setting a standard in the market.
